Sarah Wellock, European Community Manager bei Rocksteady, hat im offiziellen Forum kurz und knapp bekannt gegeben, dass Batman: Arkham City den Gold-Status erreicht hat. Das Spiel ist damit fertig gestellt und soll am 21. Oktober 2011 für Xbox 360 und PlayStation 3 erscheinen - die PC-Fassung wird im November folgen. Derweil arbeiten die Entwickler weiter an der Finalisierung von Download-Erweiterungen (DLCs).
