Nachdem World of Goo bereits für PC/Mac/Linux, Wii und iPad (zum Test) veröffentlicht wurde, soll voraussichtlich im März eine iPhone-Fassung folgen, dies bestätigte Entwickler 2D Boy auf der offiziellen Website. World of Goo soll auf iPhone 4, 3GS und den entsprechenden Touch-Modellen spielbar sein. Die "Größe des Bildschirms" soll aber keine störende Rolle spielen, meint 2D Boy.

Screen size was our biggest concern too. But, against all expectations, the size of the screen was not much of an obstacle at all. After a few minutes of playing, my feeble human brain doesn't even notice anymore. Even so, we've added pinch-zooming for those days when your fingers are feeling fat.
